MARTIN® SQC2S™ Secondary Cleaner

Martin has redesigned the SC16 cleaner assembly so that the buffer and blade assembly are now on a removable cartridge, for quick changes of blades and buffers. (No need to remove main frame/carrier tube). Simply lower the cleaner assemply away from the belt, remove the hitch pin and, remove the cartridge. Place new cartridge in position, replace pin and re-tension the scraper. Blade mounts do not have to be disassembled for servicing on site. The old cartridge can be returned to the workshop for refurbishment.

Acid-resistant tips available. Blade buffers available in molded rubber, flame-retardant rubber and urethane.
